These terms form the agreement that binds you and Quebec Casino. Read them carefully before you register, add funds or place a bet.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or playing at Quebec Casino, you agree to these Terms of Service. They operate alongside our Bonus and Promotion Rules, Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, Play Responsibly page, Verification and AML page and Underage Gambling Policy.

If these terms aren't acceptable to you, please don't use the site.

Respecting our content

  • Quebec Casino, or partners licensing them to us, own our name, logo, the design of the site, its text and its graphics.
  • The studios that make each game own its content.
  • You may view our content for your own personal play only.
  • Copying, selling or reusing any of it needs our written permission.

Changing these terms

We refresh these terms whenever the law shifts, our payment methods change or new games arrive. The current terms sit on this page for you to read anytime, and we send an email when something big changes. Keep playing once a new version is out and you agree to the updated terms.

Moving money in CAD

  • All balances, deposits and withdrawals are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, iDebit, Instadebit, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, Neosurf or AstroPay.
  • Withdraw with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Apple Pay or Instadebit.
  • You can deposit from C$10, and C$10 is also the smallest amount you can withdraw.
  • Withdrawals are limited to C$10 000 per month.
  • Winnings usually reach you quickly: most payout methods take somewhere from one hour to four hours. A bank wire is slower and may need up to 12 hours.
  • Quebec Casino does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, although your bank or card issuer may add charges of its own.
  • Each payment method on your account has to be registered in your name. Payouts go back to a method you have already used for a deposit, provided it accepts withdrawals.
  • Identity and location checks happen before we accept your first deposit. Withdrawals can call for extra checks before the money is sent. Every step is laid out on our Verification and AML page.

Applying the law

Quebec and Canadian law govern these terms. Playing here is only allowed if your home jurisdiction permits gambling. We check age and confirm ID, and we work to stop money laundering, all under Canadian rules.

Raising a complaint

Found an issue? We want to hear about it! Send an email to [email protected]. Please tell us the date and time it happened, your username, what you were playing or paying for, and a brief description. Screenshots help a lot. Each complaint is checked carefully, and you get our reply by email.

Checking who can play

  • Every game on our site is available exclusively to those aged 19 and above.
  • You must be in Canada, in an area where online casino gambling is allowed under local law.
  • You cannot hold a self-exclusion with us or be legally barred from gambling.

Claiming bonuses

Bonuses, spins and Golden Chips come with their own rules. You will find them on our Bonus and Promotion Rules page, and they form part of these terms.

Opening an account

  • One account per person, please. If we find extra accounts, we close them and cancel any bonuses they hold.
  • Give your real name, birth date, address and email, and keep them up to date.
  • Never share your password with anyone. You answer for all account activity.
  • Think someone else has gotten into your account? Email us straight away.

Playing our games

  • The rules and payouts for every game are in its info or help screen. Please read them before you bet.
  • A random number generator (RNG) drives our slots and digital table games, so every outcome is random and independent of the one before it.
  • Live dealer games are streamed from a studio, with real dealers running each table. Only the result logged by the studio counts as valid.
  • Any malfunction makes all pays and plays void. When a game or system fault happens, we cancel the bets affected and refund the stakes.

Playing fairly

  • You may not use bots, scripts or any other automated program to play on your behalf.
  • No teaming up with other players or using game faults to gain an edge.
  • No fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen cards or money laundering.
  • Do not use a VPN or similar tool to disguise where you are.
  • No abusive language toward our team.

Where conduct of this sort comes to light, winnings may be withheld or cancelled, bonuses taken away and the account shut. We also share information with the authorities whenever the law demands it.

Limiting our responsibility

  • We work hard to keep things running well, but we can't guarantee the site will be up all the time or never have errors.
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from events beyond our control, from your device or from your internet connection.
  • Losses that result from allowing others to use your login details are not our liability.
  • These limits do not apply where Canadian or Quebec law does not allow them.
