This page sets out how every bonus, free spin and Golden Chip works at Quebec Casino. Go through it before claiming an offer so the terms are clear to you.

Following the general rules

Taking a bonus is your choice. No offer is ever compulsory.
Every offer comes with its own terms. If an offer's terms conflict with this page, the offer's terms take priority.
You can only withdraw bonus money after the wagering on it has been completed.
Bonuses never change how a game pays.

Converting bonus winnings

Certain offers limit the amount of bonus money that can become withdrawable cash. Any such limit appears in the offer details, and once wagering is finished, the amount over the limit is taken off.

Holding one bonus at a time

Your account can hold just one live bonus at any time.
Finish, forfeit or let your current bonus expire before claiming the next one.
The welcome offer counts as one bonus, whichever package you pick.

Avoiding bonus abuse

Bonuses are there to give you more play. These actions count as abuse:

Creating additional accounts to take the same offer several times.
Placing bets on opposite outcomes of one event to clear wagering at almost no real risk.
Using someone else's payment method or personal details.
Going over the maximum bet allowed with an offer.

If we spot bonus abuse, any winnings from that bonus can be removed together with the bonus itself, and the account may be shut too.

Using a bonus before it expires

Every bonus has a time limit, listed in the offer details. If wagering is not complete when that limit passes, the bonus is cancelled and so are any winnings it produced.

Checking who can take part

Players 19 or older, located in Canada where local law permits online play.
Players whose account has cleared our identity and location checks.
Offers aren't available to players on self-exclusion or on a cooling-off break.
The welcome offer is for new account holders only, once per person.
In certain provinces, you must log in before you can see any offers.

Meeting the wagering

Wagering is the play you complete to turn a bonus into withdrawable money. With the welcome offer, your deposit needs to go through 25 times on qualifying games.

Bets count only on games that the offer details list as eligible.
Table games count 8% toward wagering.
Games not named as eligible do not count at all.

Opting in

Choose the offer before you make the qualifying deposit.
Read the offer details first, including any cap, the maximum bet and the time limit.
If you do not opt in, no bonus is added to your account.

Keeping to the maximum bet

Each offer comes with a top bet limit for every spin, hand or round. That limit applies until you finish wagering. Bet above it and we may take away the bonus together with any wins tied to it.

Claiming the welcome offer

Our welcome offer gives you up to C$600 plus 50 spins. Pick one of two packages:

Casino package: up to C$600 plus 50 spins.
Live Casino package: up to C$200 and 10 Golden Chips, each with a value of C$5.
You can choose only one package.
Wager your deposit 25x on eligible games.
Table games count 8% toward wagering.

Changing these rules
